Confirm the recorder is online and properly connected to the network. Follow the manufacturer’s supported pairing method.

Test away from Wi-Fi
With mobile data enabled, confirm live viewing and supported playback. If it fails, note the message and contact us with the equipment model. Never send passwords through the quote form.
